Stop at Umwakira Kivu Coffee, Rwinyoni Village, Kivumu sector, Rutsiro District: learn the entire process from seed to cup—roasting and pounding with traditional wooden mortar and pestle and clay pot, winnowing and sieving, then taste your fresh Rwandan coffee. Lunch with community, then boat back to hotel. Optional hot spring massage.
